Having been in the business of providing energy solutions for almost two decades, we are spurred on by our quest to be a solutions provider to Africa’s rural and urban electrification needs.
With a vision to be the project management and engineering company of choice in Africa, every project we work on is hinged on our core values of teamwork, accountability and respect.
At TMG, we acknowledge that no one person can get the work done, and that it takes a team to deliver on set expectations. With this in mind, we have an efficient and dedicated team that works to ensure that every project is delivered on time and within budget.
In our dealings with stakeholders, we make accountability our hallmark, ensuring that we give governments and other project owners value for money on all projects while the expectations of other parties, including beneficiaries, are always met.
Whether is it an interaction among the team or our relationship with external stakeholders, we make respect the foundation of all that we do, including our respect for protocols that govern environmental and other regulatory issues.
